Olympic Sailing event during London 2012
Olympics will take place from 28th July to 11 August 2012 in Weymouth and
Portland. 380 athletes will compete for 10 medals. This Bank Holiday Monday
will be the world's best sailors in the regatta with Skandia golden run for the
past week: Weymouth and water until the Olympic and Paralympics Portland.
Borough residents and visitors to the five-day regatta, which is visiting
Weymouth and Portland Sailing Academy, and show their support for members of
the team's last chance of the public, should not interfere with sailors in
London in 2012. It takes place before a big event for the safety of isolation. Olympic Manager Stephen Park, known as Sparky said to gold Skandia is a
fantastic event this year will be 716 ships and 517 sailors. This almost
certainly includes the applicant we can expect to see these games. It is not as
great as the event last year, since most countries have large numbers of
Olympic selection, but it is still twice as big as the Olympic regatta.
This is
a great opportunity for us, and visiting teams will be less a test for the
Olympic Games, he added the first day we had our entire Olympic team is
selected from one place. Last members were recently selected to bring in some
success in the World Cup for a number of international events, including world
champion Ben and Hannah Finn called Saskia and compete as the first female world
champion in the 470 to the Great Britain: The main difference with gold, and
that the place at the Olympic Games and the regatta is open to the public for
more than himself, though most games in this area during the gold closed, we
hope to encourage more local people, local support and the home team is behind
him, just as we the last 50 days before the opening ceremony of the Games.
It was marked the 25th Laser Radial Sailor, Ali Young and the team sang
happy birthday and presented him with a birthday cake. Stevie Morrison, the
high performance skiff with a crew of 49er Helms Ben Rhodes, paid tribute to
his teammates, including Ben Ainslie, who is on a historic fourth gold medal
this summer, will speak to people about the likes of Ben Ainslie 50 years.
